Devescreed is a cementicious modied mortar with various ratio of cement to sharp sand and other specialty additives available in various strength and grades available for various ooring application solutions to residential, commercial and industrial operations depending upon the need. Screeds are also available from M25 to M80 strength, with value added properties such as owable, pourable with self leveling and self compacting capabilities. Devescreed is a suitable ooring application solution to Residential, Commercial and Industrial application as a suitable damp proof membrane which is placed over the slab. It can be applied as a oating nish over a layer of rigid insulation material.
