GROUTMAX BJM (BLOCK JOINING MORTAR)
Groutmax BJM is ready to use adhesive mortar for fixing AAC blocks, Concrete blocks & fly ash Bricks. Ready to use, only water to be added. Thinner jointing material with very high tensile adhesion strength improving the overall masonry strength. Faster to apply due to good spreadable properties. Excellent high strength & water retention properties. Economical as quantity of mortar is less than conventional mortar with self curing property. Available in 25 kg and 40 kg bag packing.
ADMIXTURES
SOULPLAST CRYSTLINE is a powder based integral crystalline water proofing system. It consists of Cement and various active chemicals. These active chemicals react with water and by product of cement hydration which cause a catalytic reaction to form non soluble crystals. These crystals block the pore and capillaries of the concrete and thus concrete becomes permanently sealed from penetration of water.
DEVEFLOOR (FLOOR HARDNER)
A single component ready to use, monolithic, non-metallic surface hardener. DEVEFLOOR FLOOR HARDNER is ready to use on site foor hardener. They contain special hardwearing aggregates which have been selected for abrasion and wear resistant properties as well as shape and size. These latter considerations, together with the use of high-performance workability admixtures, produces a material which is easy to trowel into the surface of fresh, wet concrete. It cures monolithically to provide a dense, nonporous surface which is extremely hardwearing and abrasion resistant. Monolithic cure ensures that problems normally associated with thin ‘granolithic’ screeds, viz., hrinkage, cracking, etc., are completely overcome. Being non-metallic, DEVEFLOOR FLOOR HARDENER provides a nonslip surface which will never rust and disintegrate.
DEVEBOND (BONDING AGENT)
DEVEBOND MAX SBR(Latex) is modifed styrene butadiene emulsion specially designed for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious systems. It is resistant to hydrolysis and can therefore be used for external applications too for bonding old and new concrete. DEVEBOND MAX EP is a epoxy based, solvent free bonding agent which contains epoxy resins and other fllers, its principal application includes bonding fresh wet cementitious material to existing cementitious surface, be it horizonal or a vertical surface.
Curing Compound
Ashtech (India) Private Limited brings an extensive range of curing compounds to enhance the concrete and mortars by preventing shrinkage cracks and reducing the evaporation of water from the concrete. A curing compound should be applied as soon as bleed water ceases to collect on the pavement surface, maintaining satisfactory temperature and moisture conditions in the concrete long enough for hydration to develop the desired concrete properties.
